Paul came out very quickly to quote and the work started promptly a few days later. The guys that carried out the work were very pleasant, efficient and tidy. They even made a nice soldier feature above the window, which looked really nice. They were totally tidy onsite too, (so many are not) and cleaned up prior to leaving. It's not rained hard since, so can't tell if it's worked or not, but I see no reason why it wouldn't. Happy with both the price and work carried out.

We got 4 quotes, all from Checkatrade companies locally before appointing Albion. Rehau windows, so all good. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Professional guys who know their trade. Firstly we had a window and patio door handle replaced. We were so pleased the the quality of the work and the professionalism that we went back to Albion Glass to replace two patio panels and have a window re sealed to prevent drafts. All the work was completed in a very professional, friendly, timely manner and was reasonably priced. The advice given was appropriate from the off. Two window panels 'blown' in two different bedrooms. The fitters (sorry I have forgotten names) arrived within the allotted time advised. Friendly and helpful and had the job done in no time. Just before they arrived we found that a locking mechanism on a fanlight window wasn't working and they kindly replaced that. All in all extremely pleased and would definitely recommend.

We needed a new window for our living room which is very large. Paul was able to give us different options to help with the cost and knew exactly how to deal with the structural issues that we had. We ended up doing our hallway window at the same time. We were really pleased with the work on the day and the job was completed within a few weeks from when the order was placed. It was important for us to find a company that we could use again in the future as we are planning an extension and we will definitely be using Paul and Gavin for this.

Their pricing is honest, their German made product is unrivalled and overall service is spot on, from explaining about fire regs and design and throughout the whole process. Albion are no-nonsense, ethical, informative, trustworthy and helpful. Having lost £100 to another company who we felt were misleading us, we went back to Albion, having had our front door replaced by them several years ago. The fitting and quote was straightforward, there was no sales pitch as all the guys there are fitters and not salesmen. The finish on their work is excellent, they really want to make the windows and surrounds look fantastic and we are very happy with the windows and the workmanship. They clear up after themselves, you wouldn't know they had been!

After Everest 2020 went into administration I needed another double glazing professional to adjust my triple glazed front door after it had settled. I needed a small job doing, to replace a blown uPVC panel - Albion Glass & Glazing were one of only 2 companies that replied to me (out of 5) with a quotation, offering the best price. I was contacted by Gavin, who was very courteous and prompt when he visited to measure up, keeping me informed when the fitting would be done. Within 2 weeks their fitter, Pete returned promptly to fit the new panel, which was done quickly and without any mess. We've used Albion Glass and Glazing in the past to replace blown double glazing, repair a broken window lock, replace a door lock, and adjust a dropped conservatory door. On this occasion we needed a full glass replacement for a shattered panel in our conservatory. I emailed Gavin and he responded the same day and came to quote that evening. Gavin also gave some great advice on how best to preserve the shattered glass in the frame while we waited for it to be repaired. Gavin's team came to complete the work within 2 weeks. They were quick and tidy, and worked around my 2 dogs and baby. 10/10

We had a the glass panel in our front door vandalised / smashed during a weekend. I called Albion Windows to explain the situation, and I couldn't rate the service we received high enough. Gavin the co-ordinator jumped on it immediately. We had an fitter round within the hour to measure up, after leaving with the glass measurements I had a phone call within 30 minutes with a quote (which was outstanding value). The moment the glass size arrived in stock I had a phone call to update me and our glass was fitted that same day FANTASTIC

After the nightmare that was our conservatory roof collapse, I was soon on the phone to many many firms in Poole. Albion's Paul was the first to come round and assess the situation see what could be done for a reasonable repair price. The cost to supply and fit a brand new aluminium wall plate and support column on a 5x4m conservatory roof was well under my expectations so of course I had my doubts. However they did not disappoint, they turned up when agreed and completed all work within days and thankfully the roof has been solid since and best of all, doesn't leak now.

Albion Windows were recommended to me by a neighbour, i am so glad i took the advice. The windows are excellent quality, fitters were very good and the finished job was to a very high standard. I would recommend the firm to anyone.

I was locked outside my house after the locking mechanism failed on my door. Albion not only managed to get the triple locked door open without damaging it but also managed to source the long discontinued parts to fix the lock mech saving me the expense of having to replace the whole door. I would highly recommend this fantastic local business!
